Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by LeadFilter AI (“LeadFilter”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of the Platform

LeadFilter AI provides an autonomous software-as-a-service webhook triage engine that ingests, scores, categorizes, and filters inbound sales inquiries and contact form submissions. The service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to score buying intent, identify spam, and dispatch real-time notifications.

3. Customer Data & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership over all lead submissions, customer contact information, and business parameters ingested through your LeadFilter AI webhook endpoints. LeadFilter AI claims no ownership, copyright, or commercial rights over your inbound pipeline data.

4. Acceptable Use & Fair Quotas

You agree not to use the LeadFilter AI webhook ingestion endpoints to:

  • Submit intentionally malicious payloads, automated denial-of-service attempts, or security exploit probes.
  • Process data in violation of applicable international data privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).
  • Circumvent account tier limits or reverse-engineer the underlying proprietary scoring algorithms.

5. Service Availability & SLA

LeadFilter AI is architected on high-availability serverless infrastructure designed for 99.99% operational uptime. While we implement multi-region redundancy and offline deterministic failovers, we do not warrant that service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Subscriptions, Upgrades & Cancellations

Pro Plan subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Customer Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
