1. Our Commitment to Privacy

At LeadFilter AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”), we recognize that incoming lead submissions and sales intelligence represent highly confidential business assets. We treat your data with the highest standard of security and transparency. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how it is processed, and your rights regarding your personal data.

2. Information We Ingest and Process

We collect only information strictly necessary to provide real-time lead qualification and triage:

• Account Information: Name, business email, encrypted authentication credentials, and workspace configuration settings.
• Webhook Inbound Submissions: Form payloads sent to your unique webhook endpoint (e.g. prospect name, email, phone, company, project budget, and message body).
• AI Qualification Output: Numerical scores (0-100), classification tiers (HOT, WARM, COLD, SPAM), extracted signals, red flags, and recommended next actions.
• Billing Information: Payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We never store raw credit card credentials on LeadFilter AI servers.

3. How Your Inbound Data is Used

All form submissions captured by your webhook are used exclusively to:

• Execute real-time buying intent scoring and spam quarantine via dedicated neural AI reasoning clusters.
• Display your qualified sales triage pipeline within your authenticated console.
• Dispatch real-time notifications to your configured Slack, Discord, or Zapier webhooks.
• Zero Data Selling: We NEVER sell, broker, or train public AI foundation models on your proprietary prospect submissions. Your lead data belongs 100% to your organization.

4. Security & Data Isolation

All data is stored in enterprise cloud clusters with strict multi-tenant Row Level Security enforced at the data layer. This ensures absolute data isolation; no other customer or third-party can ever access or query your inbound leads. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and all data at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain complete control over your data. You can delete individual leads, clear entire inboxes, or delete your entire account directly from your dashboard at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated leads, inboxes, and profile data are permanently expunged from our database via cascading delete triggers.
